APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS 1) Must earn 2.5 times the monthly rent. 2) Must have 2 years good rental history. 3) Must have good credit history. 4) No evictions / No money owing to another property. 5) We do not accept Section 8 6) Security Deposit required. $475 for 1 bedroom, $525 for 2 bedroom, and $600 for 3 bedroom apartment homes, $1,000 for corporate apartments. 7) We reserve the right to increase the security deposit or require payment in advance.
We do credit and criminal background checks. If you have been charged and or convicted for any of the following crimes-- including but not limited to: Violence, Battery, Theft, Drugs, Bad Checks, Sexual Offense, etc. your application will be denied. There is a $40 credit/background check fee for each person over the age of 18 who will be applying/living in the apartment. (cash or money orders only, no personal checks not accepted).  *Fee waived for December 2009.
